Fyducia was founded on a conviction: that genuinely client-centred wealth management is only possible without institutional constraints. Veronica Craveri and Sergio Attili stepped away from the structures of large banks to build something different — a boutique where the only mandate is the client's objective.
She moved from Fiat GeVa's operations room in Turin to Head of Treasury at Meliorbanca, then joined UBS Lugano as Client Advisor in the HNWI segment. She brings deep technical expertise combined with a genuine commitment to the client relationship.
His career began at the Chicago Board Option Exchange as a derivatives trader. He held subsequent leadership roles at Banca Profilo, Citigroup CIB and Crédit Agricole CIB, before co-founding Fyducia in 2016.
Her background at UBS spans back-office operations to core client advisory. Since 2011 she has focused exclusively on Risk & Compliance — KYC, AML, Suitability and Cross-border. She joined Fyducia in 2020.
Fyducia operates within the most rigorous regulatory framework Swiss financial law requires of independent asset managers. Our authorisations and affiliations are not formalities — they are the architecture of the protection we extend to every client.
Fyducia holds a full licence as an independent asset manager under FINMA — Switzerland's federal financial regulator. This authorisation, obtained in 2022 under the new FinIA framework, confirms that Fyducia meets the highest standards of organisation, conduct, and client protection.
As a FINMA-licensed asset manager, Fyducia is subject to ongoing prudential supervision by OSFINcontrol AG — an officially recognised supervisory organisation under Swiss law. OSFINcontrol AG monitors compliance with conduct rules, risk management standards, and client protection obligations on a continuous basis.
Fyducia is a member of ASG — the leading professional association for independent asset managers in Switzerland. ASG membership reflects our commitment to industry best practices, continuing professional development, and the ethical standards that the sector demands.

You will support senior advisors in the day-to-day stewardship of client relationships — preparing portfolio reviews, coordinating reporting, and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards our clients expect. Three to five years in private banking or asset management; fluency in Italian and English; German or French an advantage.
